How we work

A process you can follow from your side of the world.

Five steps, run the same way on every order — so you always know what has happened, what is happening next, and who is responsible for it.

The sequence

Requirement to delivery, without gaps in ownership

Most sourcing failures are handover failures — between buyer and agent, agent and supplier, supplier and forwarder. Our process is designed so that no step is anyone else's problem.

01

Requirement Understanding

We start with the specification, not the product list.

02

Supplier & Source Identification

We map the right suppliers against your requirement.

03

Verification & Quality Assessment

Nothing ships on assumption.

04

Export & Logistics Coordination

Documentation and freight, handled as one workflow.

05

International Delivery

Tracked through to your port — and beyond it.

01

Requirement Understanding

We start with the specification, not the product list.

Every engagement begins with a structured briefing: technical specification, grade or standard, quantity, packaging, destination port and target timeline. Where a specification is incomplete, we work through the open points with you before approaching any supplier.

What you get at this step
  • Documented requirement summary
  • Clarified specifications and tolerances
  • Indicative timeline and commercial terms
02

Supplier & Source Identification

We map the right suppliers against your requirement.

We identify suitable manufacturers and supply sources from our network across India, comparing them on capability, capacity, consistency and commercial competitiveness — not on price alone. You see the reasoning behind the shortlist.

What you get at this step
  • Shortlisted supply options
  • Comparative commercial offer
  • Capability and capacity assessment
03

Verification & Quality Assessment

Nothing ships on assumption.

Selected suppliers are verified before commitment, and goods are assessed against the agreed specification before dispatch. Where relevant we arrange samples, in-process checks or third-party inspection so the consignment is confirmed before it leaves India.

What you get at this step
  • Supplier verification
  • Sample approval where applicable
  • Pre-shipment quality assessment
04

Export & Logistics Coordination

Documentation and freight, handled as one workflow.

We coordinate export packing, freight booking, port handling and the full documentation set — commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill, certificate of origin and any destination-specific paperwork — so nothing stalls at either end.

What you get at this step
  • Freight booking and routing
  • Complete export documentation
  • Customs and port coordination
05

International Delivery

Tracked through to your port — and beyond it.

You receive scheduled status updates through transit, with documents released as agreed and support continuing through customs clearance at destination. Once delivered, we review the shipment with you and carry the learning into the next order.

What you get at this step
  • Transit status updates
  • Destination clearance support
  • Post-delivery review

Documentation & compliance

The paperwork is part of the product

A consignment that arrives with incomplete or inconsistent documentation costs the buyer demurrage, delay and often duty penalties. We prepare and cross-check the full documentation set against the physical shipment before dispatch.

Standard document set

  • Commercial invoice
  • Packing list
  • Bill of lading / airway bill
  • Certificate of origin

Where the order requires it

  • Inspection / test certificates
  • Insurance documentation
  • Fumigation / packing declarations
  • Destination-specific certificates

Exact requirements vary by destination country and commodity. We confirm the applicable set with you before shipment.

Working with us

What to expect while an order is running

Distance is manageable. Silence is not.

One point of contact

A named person who knows your order — not a shared inbox and not a different colleague each time you write.

Scheduled updates

Progress reported at agreed intervals and at every milestone, including when a milestone is going to slip.

Written confirmations

Specifications, commercial terms and changes confirmed in writing, so nothing important lives only in a phone call.

Timelines

Realistic, not optimistic

Lead times depend on the commodity, the order size, supplier capacity at the time of order and the freight route. We will give you an indicative schedule at quotation stage and a confirmed one at order stage.

What we will not do is quote a timeline we already believe is unlikely in order to win the order. A schedule that slips by three weeks is more expensive for you than a schedule that was honest on day one.
